At Master Jewelers, our genuine master craftsman and in-house manufacturing facilities are available to care for and restore your jewelry. A few of the services we offer include:

Ring Sizing

For ring sizing, we use techniques to ensure the maximum strength in the sizing joint.

Ring Shank Replacement

Full and half shanks can be replaced on location by our in-store craftsmen.

Soldering

Bring your broken chains and cracked rings to be repaired and restored by our in-house craftsmen.

Laser Welding

We use a similar technology to performing eye surgery. Our laser welder is used with a 10x microscope to insure the highest degree of accuracy. Because it fuses the metal, it creates a stronger bond, metal to metal.

Stone Tightening

Keeping your jewelry in excellent condition and safe is extremely important. Stone tightening keeps your gems secure.

Ring Retipping/Head Replacement

We use the same metal as the original prongs. We rebuild tips with the metal of the original heads, reforming and securing the prong or replacing the head if necessary.

Ring Refinishing

After polishing and/or rhodium plating, your fine jewelry will look like new.

Pearl Restringing

Pearls should be restrung approximately every three to five years, depending on use. We offer pearl restringing with or without knots.

Engraving

Whatever the type of jewelry, we offer machine and hand engraving for most pieces.

From major overhauls to simple battery replacements and band sizing, our in house, expert watchmakers put the finest quality and services to all our watch making and repair services.
