Mike Neylon Graduated from High School and found this industry by accident.

He started at the bottom cleaning jewelery for several months.

Went through 4 year apprenticeship where he learned under one of the leading Midwest Designers.

Two and a half years into the apprenticeship, built his first jewlery bench in his garage from scrap wood from a subdivision next door while working at DDI and D & S creations.

Through his apprenticeship he earned his master craftsman designation.

He started his business in 1986 while in his apprenticeship.

From there he began setting diamonds for a manufacture and doing custom design and model work as a contractor.

His business grew from one to thirty two accounts in 10 months while working in a factory and doing his apprenticeship.

He soon started hiring other craftsman a workforce to service his then 32 accounts (jewelry stores).
